Terms & Conditions
We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 to hold one of our Regal babies for you until they are 9-12 weeks, and ready to go to their furever home.
You may place a deposit on any of our present litters/pups. I will not take early deposits as I am a small breeder and Pomeranian litters are not large and I only have 1 to 2 a year. I let you decide on your RegalPom Pet and I don't pick and choose for you.
I focus on quality not quantity.
All deposits come with a receipt and terms. Everyone will be treated equally, fairly and honestly. No preferential treatment given. Offering early deposits or angry emails/voicemails won't move you up the list. Your understanding is appreciated.
As the breeder, we retain the right to always have first pick of the litter, should we choose it, even if a reservation is in place.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS, I, THE BREEDER REFUSES OR VOIDS A PENDING CONTRACT SALE.
